For the Love of Yarn is proud to be a free online magazine dedicated to knitting and crocheting. However, just because it’s free doesn’t mean we couldn’t use a little help every once and a while. The following are ways you can help support us:

Word-of-Mouth - We all know that the best way to spread something around is by word of mouth. If you like us, tell your friends, tell your mom, you can even tell your local yarn store! We welcome all positive blog posts relating to our magazine, and drop us a line if you give us a mention - we want to read about it too!

Flyer - You can download a flyer below that will help you spread the work about For the Love of Yarn. Print it out and pass it around at your next yarn group or guild meeting. If you’re a local yarn store, we would be thrilled if you used this flyer to share our site with your customers! They’ll thank you for it!

Advertise - Remember how we said we are proud to be free -- well we can’t do it without revenue from our advertisers! If you know of a yarn company, store or a business that yarn crafters would love, we hope that you’ll pass them our name and site (or pass their name and contact information along to us and we’ll do the talking). We offer advertising for any budget and it’s through that revenue that we can remain free for all (and hopefully be able to reward the people who get their submissions published).

Donate - If you like our patterns, articles, free classifieds, and other features, you can support us by donating money. Remember, every little bit helps! By donating to our Pay Pal site you will allow us to pay for our website and coding related costs. (We promise not to take vacation or even go out to dinner with the money you donate.)
